NAUTILUS COLLECTION

The Nautilus Collection explores the quiet intelligence of nature through proportion, growth and organic form. Inspired by the Fibonacci sequence and the spiral of the nautilus shell, the collection translates patterns found throughout the natural world into sculptural fine jewellery. 

Designed in Copenhagen by architect and founder Sarah Emilie Müllertz, Nautilus reflects KINRADEN’s ongoing exploration of proportion and structure. Where architecture often begins with geometry and order, the collection looks to nature for another kind of logic: forms that grow from a single point, unfolding through repetition, balance and gradual movement.

At the centre of the collection is KINRADEN’s signature Mpingo blackwood. Diamond-cut into brilliant and cushion forms traditionally associated with gemstones, the deep black wood is framed by recycled 18K gold or recycled sterling silver. This meeting of precious metal and natural material creates a distinct contrast between surface, colour and form. 

Across the collection, each design interprets the spiral in a different way. The PETAL Rings curve around cushion and brilliant-cut Mpingo in a gesture of balance and embrace. DRIZZLE Pendants trace the spiral downward, while MIST and MEADOW Earrings explore the same organic language through forms designed to move with the body. The collection spans both recycled 18K gold and sterling silver, allowing the relationship between Mpingo and precious metal to take on different expressions.
