These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on kinraden.com
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept payment methods like Apple Pay, MobilePay and PayPal.
When you have placed an order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The purchase amount will be charged from your account, when your order is shipped.
You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the card owner to us it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to KINRADEN, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Customers outside the European Union may be charged import duty, VAT or other import related fees upon shipping and experience delays in delivery. KINRADEN is not responsible for such additional charges or delays.
We use Bambora to handle payment. www.kinraden.com ensures secure online transactions using existing protocols. Details of card numbers and payment processes are not kept on the www.kinraden.com website, but on the secure site operated by our bank. As far as possible, we take reasonable care to keep details of your order and payment secure.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY
When you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm that your parcel has been dispatched.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.
You can follow your order on a link sent to you in the email that confirms that your parcel has been dispatched.
We offer free shipping on purchases above 200 €.
All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately and no later than 7 days after arrival of the goods.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Should you want to return an item, you must notify us of this via email as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order. The item you wish to return must show no sign of usage, in its original packaging and including proof of purchase.
Custom made or fitted items cannot be returned.
You will bear the cost of returning the goods, and we recommend that you insure your return parcel. We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on delivery).
How to return an item:
1. Send us an email on info@kinraden.com stating your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage during shipping. Please send, including proof of purchase, to

3. Your refund will be credited directly to your original method of payment. You will receive an email from us confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
If you wish to complain about an item purchased from us, please contact our customer service on info@kinraden.com
You may also complain via the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, or online via www.forbrug.dk
If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you may also use the European Commission online complaints register using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address info@kinraden.com.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Pre-Orders
• You may place a pre-order with the same ease as a regular order, guaranteeing the reservation of your cherished pieces and sizes, assuring they don't slip through your grasp.
• The handling of pre-orders and made-to-order items is administered under the same processes and conditions as our standard orders.
• In the event of multiple pre-orders with varying delivery timelines, your entire order will be dispatched once all items are prepared for shipment, using the latest scheduled dispatch date.
• Once you complete a pre-order online or in our boutique, we will process the purchase transaction, charge your chosen payment method, and send you a receipt confirmation for your order.
• An email will be dispatched to you as soon as your pre-ordered item is ready for its journey to your doorstep.
