ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm that your parcel has been dispatched.

DELIVERY

Your order will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.

You can follow your order on a link sent to you in the email that confirms that your parcel has been dispatched.

We offer free shipping on purchases above 200 €.

All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately and no later than 7 days after arrival of the goods
