Returns

If in need of a return of an item, please contact us at info@kinraden.com or (+45) 5357 9011. We will advise you through the process. We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. The returned item must come back in its original packaging with proof of purchase and the item must be in unworn condition.

Items bought from our archive/sample sale are non-refundable but can be exchanged for similar items as long as in stock.

Customized jewellery can not be returned, but we are happy to help with alterations.

Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide above 200€. You will be advised of the specific shipping cost at the end of check-out.

Please be aware that KINRADEN does not offer “same-day delivery" services. We strive to deliver your order within 3-5 business days. Rest assured that we prioritize efficient shipping to ensure your items reach you as promptly as possible. Pick-up from our showroom is always available on the same day Monday-Friday, or please go to our stockist page to find your nearest stockist.

You have the option to request a specific shipping date for your order from KINRADEN. Please note that any delays occurring during the shipment process are beyond our control. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club as well as payment methods like Apple Pay, MobilePay, Klarna, and PayPal.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is packed and prepared for shipment.

Claims

When filing a product claim, please send a description of the claim along with a photo attached to info@kinraden.com. We will respond within 24 hours to initiate the claim process.

You can claim an online purchase in our showroom/boutique. We accept claims with the presentation of a receipt or an order confirmation bought through our official website or showroom/boutique.

You can claim your item within a period of up to two years. We adhere to the official Danish Purchase Act and are prepared to either repair or compensate for the claimed product. Gift Card

A gift card can be purchased through our website or physically in our showroom/boutique. We offer amounts from 300 DKK - 10.000 DKK on our webshops. If customized amounts need to be offered, please write info@kinraden.com.

You will receive your gift card in the form of a voucher code, useable for our website.

A purchased gift card will be valid for 2 years after the issued date.

Boutique & Showroom

The KINRADEN Showroom and Boutique are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays. If you have any questions regarding the opening hours on national holidays, please contact us at info@kinraden.com or at (+45) 5357 9011. However, appointments outside our opening hours are open upon request.
