Returns
If in need of a return of an item, please contact us at customerservice@kinraden.com or (+45) 5357 9011. We will advise you through the process. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. You can read more about returns here.
Please note that KINRADEN does not provide free returns, and any return charges will be incurred by the customer. We always recommend sending returned tracked. If you have any further inquiries regarding our return process, please contact us at customerservice@kinraden.com or (+45) 5357 9011.

You have the right to return an item within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned item must come back in its original packaging with proof of purchase and the item must be in unworn condition.
Once we receive your returned order at our office, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 4-5 bank days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank and location. Yes, you can return an item purchased through our website at our boutique. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned item must come back in its original packaging with proof of purchase and the item must be in unworn condition.
Customized jewellery can not be returned, but we are happy to help with alterations.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on purchases above €300 / $310 / £250 / ¥50.000 / A$500. In Denmark we offer free shipping on all orders. You will be advised of the specific shipping cost at the end of check-out.
All orders are send DDP - Delivered Duty Paid - meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price you see at checkout.
Please note that KINRADEN does not offer same-day delivery services. We aim to deliver your order within 3–5 business days and always prioritize efficient shipping to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible.
You are also welcome to pick up your order at the KINRADEN Boutique in Copenhagen any day of the week within our opening hours. Please send us a message on WhatsApp or the chat before placing your order.
You have the option to request a specific shipping date for your order from KINRADEN. Please note that any delays occurring during the shipment process are beyond our control. Yes, you can track your order through the link sent to your inbox after placing your order. You can also open the chat and select “Track my order.”
Rerouting of your purchase can be requested through either the currier or through KINRADEN. Please note that any delays occurring during the rerouting of the shipment or denying of the process are beyond our control. Should you have any questions or inquiries regarding this matter, please contact us at customerservice@kinraden.com or call us at (+45) 5357 9011.
In some cases, shipments to the United States are selected for inspection by U.S. Customs. If this occurs, UPS may contact you directly to request your Tax ID in order to complete the customs clearance process.
Please note that this is a standard procedure and does not mean that any additional duties or taxes will be applied to your order. Once the required information has been provided, your shipment will continue through customs without delay.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club as well as payment methods like Apple Pay, MobilePay, Klarna, and PayPal.
Your credit card will be charged once your order is packed and prepared for shipment.
Until your order is dispatched from our office you can cancel your order. To cancel an order please contact us at customerservice@kinraden.com or by phone at (+45) 5357 9011.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept payment in the currencies already mentioned.
Claims
When filing a product claim, please send a description of the claim along with a photo attached to customerservice@kinraden.com. We will respond within 24 hours to initiate the claim process.
You can claim an online purchase in our boutique. We accept claims with the presentation of a receipt or an order confirmation bought through our official website or boutique.
You can claim your item within a period of up to two years. We adhere to the official Danish Purchase Act and are prepared to either repair or compensate for the claimed product. We accept claims with the presentation of a receipt or an order confirmation bought through our official website or showroom/boutique.

Tax-Free
When purchasing in our Boutique in Copenhagen tax-free is available for citizens outside the EU, through PIE-VAT. Sign up to use the app here.

Gift Card
A gift card can be purchased through our website or physically in our boutique. We offer amounts from 300 DKK - 10.000 DKK on our webshops. If customized amounts need to be offered, please write customerservice@kinraden.com.
You will receive your gift card in the form of a voucher code, useable for our website.
A purchased gift card will be valid for 2 years after the issued date.
Boutique
The KINRADEN Boutique is open from 11.00 to 18.00, Monday to Friday and 11.00 to 15:00 on Saturday and Sunday. If you have any questions regarding the opening hours on national holidays, please contact us at customerservice@kinraden.com or at (+45) 5357 9011. Book a private appointment here.
