RETURN POLICY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Should you want to return an item, you must notify us of this via email as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order. The item you wish to return must show no sign of usage, in its original packaging and including proof of purchase.

Custom made or fitted items cannot be returned.

You will bear the cost of returning the goods, and we recommend that you insure your return parcel. We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on delivery).

All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately and no later than 7 days after arrival of the goods.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1. Send us an email on customerservice@kinraden.com stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage during shipping. Please send, including proof of purchase, to

3. Your refund will be credited directly to your original method of payment. You will receive an email from us confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
