RETURN POLICY
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we recommend using our online return portal for the fastest and easiest experience.
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, KINRADEN offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
RETURN VIA THE KINRADEN RETURN PORTAL
Through our return portal you can:
• Return an item using a prepaid return label
• Exchange an item
• Choose a gift card and enjoy free return shipping
Return label prices:
• Denmark (GLS): 40 DKK
• EU (UPS): €20 / $23 / £17 / ¥3700 / A$33
• Non-EU (UPS): €40 / $66 / £35 / ¥7500 / A$66
Exchanges are free within the EU.
For exchanges outside the EU, return labels are offered at 50% of the above rates.

HOW TO RETURN
Register your return through the KINRADEN Return Portal and follow the instructions provided. Pack the item securely, preferably using the original packaging. Attach the prepaid return label to the parcel and ensure that any previous shipping labels are covered.
Please include the delivery note that accompanied your order. Drop off the parcel at your nearest carrier location. We always recommend obtaining and keeping proof of shipment, as you remain responsible for the return until it has been received by KINRADEN.
RETURNING AN ITEM YOURSELF
You may also arrange return shipping independently. To do so, please email customerservice@kinraden.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return. Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs and risk during transport remain your responsibility until the parcel has been delivered to KINRADEN.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Custom made, personalised or specially fitted items cannot be returned and are not covered by the right of withdrawal unless otherwise required by applicable law.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to make a claim for defects or non-conformity under applicable consumer protection laws.
