The Queensland sapphires in the Bricks Collection are cut into square (princess) and baguette shapes - geometries chosen to echo the architectural rhythm of Copenhagen's brickwork. Their clean lines and structured proportions become an extension of the collection's design language.
Each stone is carefully oriented during cutting to maximise brilliance while showcasing its natural colour characteristics. For particolour sapphires especially, expert lapidary work is essential, ensuring the beautiful transitions between hues remain visible and balanced.

Throughout the Bricks Collection, sapphire sizes are carefully selected to complement the architecture of each design. Rather than pursuing larger stones, emphasis is placed on balance, proportion, and rhythm - allowing every sapphire to contribute naturally to the composition of the piece.
The collection features princess-cut sapphires ranging from approximately 0.05 to 0.13 carats per stone, while baguette-cut sapphires range from approximately 0.25 to 0.58 carats per stone, depending on the jewellery design.
