The Bricks Collection translates the architectural language of Copenhagen into fine jewellery. Designed by KINRADEN founder and architect Sarah Emilie Müllertz, the collection draws on the city’s characteristic brick architecture and the work of Danish architect Kay Fisker, exploring repetition, proportion and the relationship between solid and void.
At the heart of the collection is the brick bond: the repeating pattern through which individual bricks become a larger architectural structure. Reimagined at the scale of the body, this rhythm becomes a sequence of open and closed elements in recycled 18K gold. What is static in architecture becomes fluid in jewellery, responding to movement, light and the person wearing it. Discover more about the inspiration behind the Bricks Collection.
Each piece is crafted in recycled 18K gold and set with natural Queensland sapphires, sourced from the Anakie Gem Fields in Australia. The sapphires move through a distinctive spectrum of blue, green and deep teal, bringing natural variation to the precise geometry of the designs.
Across Bricks rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, square and baguette-cut sapphires create rhythm, colour and structure. The KAY Ring explores a geometric composition of different sapphire cuts, while the ARNE and FINN Necklaces extend the architectural language into linear forms. The INGER Bracelet brings the same principles of repetition and proportion around the wrist.
Bricks brings together architecture, material and place: Copenhagen’s built environment, recycled precious metal and the geological character of Queensland sapphires.
